INSTALL PREPARATION
If you've opted for Loaded Vans to carry out the sound deadening, insulating and ply lining as part of your overall install package, then lucky you! All you need to do is get your van to us on the agreed date, hand over the keys and we'll take care of the rest!

If you're feeling handy and ready to tackle the prep work yourself then you might want to take a read of all the really useful information we've pulled together below to help make sure everything you do will tie up nicely with the products you're buying.

We've separated the information out in to van types, so you only need to read what's most relevant to your van.
Each section walks you through all the stages guiding you through what to do for each area of the van so your efforts combined with ours will give you the best finish possible.
As a rule though, no matter what type of van you've got, we would suggest that you start your prep work with the sound deadening, followed by the insulation and finishing with the carpet lining.

To help us get fully familiar with your van before you arrive, we need at least 5 images of your van interior & exterior around four weeks before you come so we can spot anything we might need to make allowances for in your van build before you drop the van off. Photos should include the following:

-
Photos looking in to the van from rear tailgate/barn doors (facing driver's side panel, facing the passenger side panel and facing the rear of front/rear seats)

-
Photos looking in to the van from the sliding door (facing the driver's side panel, facing the rear doors and facing the front seats)
Exterior image (showing the entire side of the van, showing the rear of the van)

You can submit these pictures to us by clicking the Submit Images button below and filling out out the submission form.
If your van isn't quite ready, don't worry. Send the images anyway with a follow up email letting us know what works are going to be carried our before you bring your van to us.
